KiwiSpan is focused not only on producing a cost-effective building, but a high quality asset that retains its value over time. We pride ourselves on constructing structures that stand the test of time, hence our claim - “Buildings for the future”.

All our products are sourced from New Zealand suppliers and are designed to meet New Zealand’s harsh climatic conditions.

KiwiSpan’s portal structure is fabricated from high tensile galvanised steel. Our cladding is typically Zincalume or Colorsteel according to customer’s requirements. Roofing and cladding is covered by Steel & Tube Warranty Plus, giving durability and performance warranties for at least fifteen years (depending on location and usage).
