KiwiSpan Sponsorship
With locations spread throughout New Zealand, KiwiSpan pride themselves on contributing to community causes and sports. Through sponsorship KiwiSpan are able to give to deserving sports that are sometimes overlooked. KiwiSpan are proud to contribute to the following pursuits:
ShowHunter
"Showhunter is an equestrian sport, which is part of the Showjumping discipline.
We cater for a large range of riders from young people right through to riders in their 60's. Showhunter helps new riders and those returning to competitive events achieve a smoother, balanced, sympathetic, analytical ride. Showhunter trains both the rider and the horse. Its aim is to develop better schooled, safer jumping, more balanced, and confident horses."
Real Rides
"Real Rides is the first locally produced Hot Rod and Muscle Car show to hit New Zealand screens. Throughout the series, viewers were able to follow Auto Colour Matrix's complete rebuild of rugby league star Louis Anderson's 1963 Chevrolet Impala over 10 weeks."
Dressage Scholarships
"New Zealand’s history in the [Dressage] only dates back to the 1950s, but in it’s short life has grown to be one of the country’s most successful sports. With 80,000 riders and 100,000 sport horses, Equestrian teams have won more Olympic medals for New Zealand than all the other sports. Along with this our riders represent New Zealand at many international events throughout Australasia, Europe, America and the United Kingdom with distinction every year.
Each recipient receives a $500 Training Grant and KiwiSpan presentation rug."
