Richard and Liane Devine have owned and operated KiwiSpan Taupo since October 2007. Their area extends from around the Lake Taupo area, Turangi, Mangakino and across to Reporoa.
Richard and Liane are both long time locals in the Taupo region. They owned a successful engineering business for 12 years prior to becoming involved with Kiwispan. This knowledge along with Richard’s extensive engineering background has made the transition to the Steel Building industry relatively easy.
Richard is well known around the Taupo area for his ability to think outside the square and problem solving. Together Richard and Liane believe service and attention to detail are as equally important as the product itself and work hard to satisfy individual needs and requirements.

We are just thrilled with the whole process from start to finish of our kiwispan shed. Kiwispan Taupo were so professional to deal with, we had a 21m by 10m shed built, on our 10acre property. We have converted 2/3's into a livable dwelling, kiwispan helped us through the council planning process, and gave us support and guidence needed, to make this happen. Nothing was a problem, when we constantly changed things to suit our needs. We were so impressed with the workmanship, and quality of the shed, the builders were excellent.
