Welcome to KiwiSpan South Taranaki, owned and operated by Joel and Paul Schrader from October 2009 and based in Hawera. Their operational area covers South Taranaki, Opunake in the west to Stratford and south to Waverley.

Joel (Owner/Manager) having completed his trade apprenticeship is a qualified builder whose experience has mostly been in new residential construction and commercial jobbing, including site setting out and laying of concrete flooring.

Paul (Director) has for decades been managing and operating his various businesses involved in production engineering, fibreglass manufacturing and specialist floor coatings. Joel and Paul’s combined skills, together with a supportive, talented and dedicated team of contractors and staff means that KiwiSpan South Taranaki is ready and able to satisfy virtually any of your building requirements.

As a Kiwispan dealer we pride ourselves on being able to offer our customers the superior portal frame buildings currently on the market. We promise to take the hassle out of your building project and will utilise all of our skills and experience, combined with innovative technology systems to ensure your project is completed entirely to your satisfaction. All our products are sourced directly from New Zealand suppliers and are designed with New Zealand’s harsh climatic conditions in mind.
