Gary Woollett is the manager of KiwiSpan Rotorua. Their area covers from Rotorua to Reporoa through to Tokora, Putaruru, Tirau.

Gary’s background is in the hospitality industry. He have operated several very successful businesses in the last 17 years, and shifted their family from the Manawatu to enjoy the wonderful lifestyle the Eastern Bay of Plenty has to offer – especially the fishing!

This letter of appreciation follows the recent construction of a new 3 bay garage on my property by KiwiSpan Whakatane.
A significant part of the decision process to go with KiwiSpan for the project was to avoid my having to deal with the local authorities. The ease with which the project was carried out clearly showed this decision to be a good one. My dealings with yourselves were extremely easy and cordial, and the end result was precisely what I wanted. Thanks to Martin and Sven. Your subbies carried out the site preparation, the laying of the concrete pad, and the erection of the structure itself in a very workmanlike manner and left the site clean and tidy. I am pleased to report that the local authorities have signed the building off, and that three months downline there have been absolutely no tec screws in my tyres! As stated, the end result was precisely what I wanted. The structure is situated in a high wind area and has already proven itself to be up to the climate. Likewise it has withstood some pretty heavy rainfalls without leaking or suffering water blown up under the eaves. Natural light through the clearlite roof panels is excellent. The structure looks smart and fits in with my house and it's surrounds well. Last but certainly not least, I am most satisfied with the overall cost of the project. Thank you for your services in this matter. Should the need arise in the future I would most certainly use your company again. Similarly I have had no hesitation recommending yourselves to a couple of friends who have expressed a need of similar structures.

We have recently had the pleasure of commissioning a KiwiSpan 6.6m high building x 30m x 13m to Blanch Holdings Ltd the KiwiSpan dealership in Whakatane to be built on a commercial site here and Mr Gary Wollett, owner of Blanch Holdings oversaw the project.
After some delays mainly due to the council consents Gary proceeded in a timely manner with the completion of the project. He at all times handled himself in a businesslike manner, was forthcoming in suggesting suitable sub-contractors who also performed well.
Gary is the sort of man with whom a handshake is as good as a contract. A hard thing to find in these times. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending him, if he says it can be done it will be.
