Re KiwiSpan Sheds, Northland

We have recently built a KiwiSpan shed on our farm at Kokopu. Our dealings were with Ann- Maree
Duncan, the Northland Office Manager.

We found that Ann- Maree was very easy to deal with, no change to the plan or any aspect of the
process was too much trouble to her. Pricings were clear, with clear explanations of what parts , eg,
Council permits, were our responsibility, and which were theirs.

The contractors employed to erect the building were prompt and did an excellent job, and left the
site in a tidy state.

While the KiwiSpan shed was not the cheapest quoted, we are more than happy that we now have a
very sturdy well built shed that will last for years.

We would be happy to recommend Ann-Maree and KiwiSpan to anyone that requires a shed on their
property.
