KiwiSpan erected a 9 metre by 9 metre shed on my property in October 06, the quoted price was comparable to other quotes I had requested from two other businesses, but it was the sturdy, eye appealing finish of other KiwiSpan buildings that convinced me to go with KiwiSpan.
The concrete floor was poured immediately after the building consent was issued and the shed was completed two weeks later.
The building crew were pleasant and worked well as a team.
The building is very robust and has withstood many severe gales since completion. It is spacious and pleasant to work in and minimal dust as able to edge in.
A pleasing follow up from KiwiSpan occurred several weeks after the shed completion, when Jim Deere requested my presence at a think tank workshop of several other customers, trying to improve their service. We could not suggest much.

Earlier this year I purchased a shed measuring 6 metres by 7 metres in kitset form. Before purchasing the shed I looked very carefully into construction and quality of the sheds available in New Zealand. I choose KiwiSpan as it appeared to have more rugged construction and used high quality materials. KiwiSpan also offered any help I may require during construction.
I ordered my shed form KiwiSpan Gisborne, which was delivered to the building site. As I proceeded to put my shed together, and ss I am not a builder, I had a few queries regardung the construction. This is where Ji at KiwiSpan Gisborne showed me what a real customer service is! Nothing was a problem, any query I had would bring Jim on site to help with my problem.
I guess the icing on the cake was after the shed was finished. I wanted to put a dog door in the side of the shed so my dogs could sleep inside at night. I asked Jim if he had any ideas as to how I could do this. His response was to spend 3 hours making an opening and a dog door for me.
I recommend KiwiSpan for a top quality product and even better services.

With pleasure I recommend KiwiSpan. From the moment I first stepped inside their Show Shed, I was impressed by the clean, uncluttered and bright interior. Why don't all sheds have quality aluminium joinery windows? And all the space under the roof, free of trusses.

I've enjoyed dealing with the crew too, they've got unshakable faith in their product, really know what they're doing and got the job done ahead of schedule. These guys are putting the meaning back in the word Kiwi, and I'm proud of my new shed.

Lytton High School recently employed the services of KiwiSpan Gisborne to construct a roof over a hardcourt area of the school 54m x 35m. The structure had to be specially designed and engineered as it was beyond the 30m maximun for pre-designed KiwiSpan buildings. Despite this the company were willing to provide a design to meet the schools needs, at a very competitive price.

Once the design had been agreed work began on the structure, which was completed efficiently and effectively. The ongoing communication meant that any matters that required addressing were addressed effectively and quickly. The service was friendly and efficient and the workers on site worked co-operatively with staff.

The finished product is outstanding and will be a real asset for the school. I would be pleased to work with KiwiSpan on future projects should the opportunity arise. The building can be viewed by other prospective clients by appointment with the school.
