Andrew Craven and Steve Hemmingson are the owner operator’s of KiwiSpan Counties, their area extends from Ohinewai to Kaiaua, right across to the western coastline and up to Mt Wellington, encircling Franklin District Council, Papakura District Council, Manukau City Council and touching on both Waikato & Auckland City Councils.
