KiwiSpan Rodney/Auckland is owned and managed by Karen Body. The area covers from the Brynderwyn Hills south to Mt Eden.
Karen has been involved in the Steel Framed Building Industry for the last 12 years and has enjoyed being the operator of KiwiSpan Rodney since 2006, with many satisfied clients.
Karen is supported by Heather, our Office Manager who looks after day-to-day business. In turn Heather is supported by our own in-house Architect Graduate who is proficient in dealing with the four Councils in our area and getting that consent through for you.
The friendly KiwiSpan team here are backed by a small group of local contracting professionals who look after everything from a survey of your site for a Site Plan, to excavation and site preparation, foundations and concrete slabs through to our builder Ryan Adcock who erects every shed/barn as though they were his own. Karen is available to meet with you or should you prefer, just give us a call to request an initial price and plan and any info for your building project.

Yes we are very pleased with our Kiwispan Shed.

We live in a high wind zone area and we selected the Kiwispan shed because of the extra thickness of beams and purlins. The final product certainly appears very robust and well put together.

Guy Jacobson (General Manager) and Ryan Adcock (Builder) have also been prompt and courteous and we would not hesitate to use them again.
